Hanger Streaks to
Hangover Runner-Up Effort to Kick Off 2021 Campaign!
(January
3, 2021) Less than a month after his 2020 season
finale, Christian Hanger was back in the cockpit on Saturday,
January 2 in his 2021 season lid lifter at 411 Motor Speedway
in Seymour, Tennessee. The annual running of the 'Hangover' took
place at the Volunteer State oval and a $5,000 top prize was up
for grabs for the Super Late Models. Behind the wheel of a Joe
Denby-owned #27 Capital racecar, Christian stopped the clock fourth
quickest in Group B during the qualifying session before starting
the 50-lap headliner from the outside of the fourth row. On a
choppy racing surface - due to several inches of rain on Friday
- Christian sported one of the fastest cars on the racetrack throughout
the distance, competed for the lead on a couple of different occasions,
and settled for an impressive runner-up performance behind only
race winner Pierce McCarter! Full results from yesterday at 411
Motor Speedway can be viewed online at www.411motorspeedway.net.

field of Super Late Model competitors to vie for the $5,000 winner's
check. Christian laid down the fourth fastest lap overall during
the qualifying session before running second in his loaded heat
race. After drawing the third starting position before the drop
of the green flag in the 40-lapper, Christian had high hopes in
the 'Grinch 40.' Unfortunately, he lost a wheel on the second
circuit and was dropped to a disappointing twenty-first place
showing at "The Gap." Complete results from yesterday's
season-ending program can be viewed online at www.xtremedirtcar.com.

Sixteenth Win of 2020 Season in Deep Fried 75 Weekend!
(November
23, 2020) Christian Hanger was ultra-busy from
November 20-22 with special events at Duck River Raceway Park
in Wheel, Tennessee and Cherokee Speedway in Gaffney, South Carolina.
In the annual 'Deep Fried 75' weekend at Duck River, Christian
earned his sixteenth feature win of the 2020 season in the Crate
Late Model division. After posting the eighth quickest lap in
qualifying on Friday, Christian picked up a heat race triumph.
He then went on to pick up the $2,000 payday in Saturday's headliner
by besting Kyle Courtney, Dalton Polston, Scott Cook, and Tyler
Wood!
In his Super Late Model at Duck River, Christian
laid down the fourth quickest lap during qualifying, but was unfortunately
wrecked hard in his heat race. Due to the damage inflicted on
his #29 machine, the Winchester, Tennessee ace was forced to scratch
from Saturday night's $3,000 to win main event. Christian then
piloted a Joe Denby-owned entry on Sunday at Cherokee in the 30th
edition of the 'Blue/Gray 100.' In the opener for the Drydene
Xtreme DIRTcar Series, Christian placed sixth in his stacked heat
race before driveshaft problems on his #27 ride dropped him to

marathon contest, which lasted an hour and 45 minutes due to a
flurry of wrecks and flat tires. The Winchester, Tennessee ace
played the "tire game" to perfection and with the disqualification
of second place runner Parker Martin for rough driving, Christian
was elevated to a runner-up performance to finish behind only
'National 100' victor Joseph Joiner! Complete results from the
